## Description
A rewrite of the `SuggestionsCache` to simplify it as a read-through
cache. The downside of this is that updated suggestions won't be
reflected in the UI unless the user reloads the page, but I think that's
an okay trade off.
Also adds parallelism limits to fetching suggestions to reduce the
number of simultaneous API calls. And moved the combining logic to use
the `Default` dispatcher to free up an IO one.
Also adds an initial delay to both the suggestions & tv provider
workers, so a cold start of the app isn't starved.

## Description
This PR aims to fix#638 where the "Suggestions" row was mixing up
content from different libraries that shared the same library type. For
example you were in the Anime library, you'd see regular TV shows
showing up, as the TV Shows and Anime libraries would both be "Show"
libraries.
As @damontecres mentioned in the issue discussion, the
`/Items/Suggestions` endpoint Wholphin is using just returns random
items from the same library type, with no special logic or
recommendation algorithm.
I also looked at how the official WebUI handles this. It basically just
mixes "Resume," "Next Up," and "Latest Items" together. That felt a bit
redundant since we usually have dedicated rows for those things anyway;
I wanted to try something that helps discover new content.
I replaced the broken endpoint with a few custom `GetItemsRequest`
calls. These work correctly with the `ParentId` filter, so we only get
results from the library we are actually looking at. Additionally, I
added in some logic that takes into account what the user has been
watching to tailor the suggestions a little bit.
The new logic uses a 40/30/30 mix (this can of course be tweaked as
needed)
- Tailored (40%): Grabs your recently watched items from this library,
checks their genres, and returns items from the same genre.
- Random (30%): Random unwatched stuff from this library.
- New (30%): Recently added items.
This is implemented using only `GetItemsRequest` API calls using
filters, rather than any specialized endpoints like the
`/Items/Suggestions` endpoint. This means the feature should be
predictable and stable. If Jellyfin ever adds an actual recommendation
algorithm and endpoint to call it, I imagine we would want to switch to
that in the future though.
I also added some failsafe logic to make sure there will be diversity in
the "recently watched" items that get pulled, in case a user might have
recently binged a TV show. We wouldn't want every single recommendation
to be based off of that one show.
To fix this, I changed the query to fetch the last 20 history items
instead of just the top 3. Then, we filter that list client-side to find
unique Series IDs. If the user watched 10 episodes of One Piece in a
row, the logic collapses them into a single "One Piece" entry and moves
on to the next distinct show they watched. This guarantees we get
variety in the source material for recommendations.
This is a work in progress right now, mainly due to performance. For my
server it takes about 10-15 seconds to load the Suggestions row when I
tested. This is unacceptable in my opinion, especially if we ever intend
to add a Suggestions row like this to the home page like Plex does. I
have some ideas on how to improve performance, but I'm open to
suggestions.

## Description
When using LOCAL or JELLYFIN authentication methods to connect to Seerr,
the login flow was not properly establishing session cookies and user
permissions. The login would 'succeed' and you were led to thinking it
worked, but then...
This caused:
- Request functionality to be greyed out even though the user should
have access
- Users to appear to have no permissions after login (permissions=0)
## Solution
This PR fixes the authentication flow by:
**Fetching full user config after login**: For LOCAL and JELLYFIN
auth methods, the login endpoints (`authLocalPost()` and
`authJellyfinPost()`) establish the session cookie but return incomplete
user data. This PR now calls `authMeGet()` immediately after login to
fetch the fully-populated user configuration including proper
permissions.
## Tests
- Have working apk on my dev fork.
- Ran logins as Local + API. Cannot test Jellyfin due to environment,
but codewise, it looks correct.

## Description
A few devices, like the Nvidia Shield Pro 2019, are able to correctly
handle Dolby Vision Profile 7. However, when a Full Enhancement Layer
(FEL) is present, these devices effectively ignore the enhancement layer
and only apply the RPU metadata.
Due to this behavior, device capabilities are reported as not supporting
`DOVIWithEL`, which causes the Jellyfin server to strip the DV layer
entirely with a remux.
This commit adds an option to force direct play of Dolby Vision Profile
7 content, preventing the server from stripping the Dolby Vision layer
and allowing compatible devices to handle playback as intended.

## Description
On both movie & series detail pages, show a button to play trailers
instead of the row of cards below.
The button works like this:
- If no trailers, the button shows "No trailers" and is
disabled/non-clickable
- If only a single trailer, the button shows "Play trailer" and clicking
it plays the trailer
- Otherwise, shows "Trailers" and clicking displays a dialog to choose
one
Local trailers are shown first in the list. Then there is an attempt to
sort the trailers for the dialog so that names with "Official Trailer"
or "Official Theatrical Trailer" are listed first and "Teaser" is listed
last. This isn't perfect and doesn't work for non-English, but there's
no other metadata to use.

Yet more focus issue fixes:
- Restore focus when going back to home page from a later row
- Don't jump to episode row when going back to series overview (such as

This PR also changes how backgrounding the app during playback works.
Now the only goes back to the previous page when the app comes back to
the foreground. This helps with focusing back on the page properly.
There's also a bit more clean up performed.
## Description
Adds a settings for automatic resolution switching. When enabled, the
app tries to output content at the video stream's resolution.
For example, if playing 1080p content on a 4K TV, the actual output by
the Android TV device will be 1080p.
This works in hand-in-hand with automatic refresh rate switching. So
enabling both allows for the output to match both refresh rate and
content resolution. Outputting the best refresh rate is preferred over
best resolution.
Also, shows the current display mode in the playback debug info.

This also separate this setting from the PIN protection settings in
previous PRs.
### Dev changes
This PR refactors the "setup" UI (server & user selection) to be
separate from the "app" UI (the actually app content). There is now a
`NavDisplay` for the setup flow which ends with displaying the
`ApplicationContent`'s `NavDisplay`. Most of the logic is moved out of
Compose code and into a `ViewModel`.
This means to switch users/server, the `SetupNavigationManager` must be
used instead of `NavigationManager`.

This PR updates `MpvPlayer` to use a threading model more similar to
[ExoPlayer's
model](https://developer.android.com/reference/androidx/media3/exoplayer/ExoPlayer#threading-model).
There's now a dedicated thread looper message queue between the UI
interactions on the main thread and calls to `libmpv`. This is necessary
because previously, the main thread would make the calls into `libmpv`.
`libmpv` uses internal mutex locking for some operations which meant
that the main thread would be blocked momentarily.
Now, the UI issues a command (eg seek to X position) and the command is
added to the thread looper queue and processed on that separate thread.
This uses the standard Android Handler/Looper mechanisms.
